He definitely needs to go to a team that is willing to let him get reps in as a primary type of handler and not just stick him in the corner.
Yeah....there is high potential for him to get caught in the dilemna where he's not great with the ball, but also not great off the ball. Whoever drafts him is going to have to push through some warts and let him develop. If he never has the ball, he's basically just a defensive wing who can't shoot. I think what Hardy has done with THT and Sexton, different players but not exactly "PGs", is a good sign. Anyone and everyone that for Hardy (Lauri and Kessler help a lot too) plays at PG does well.
