Umm, isn't it pretty cut and dry? We make the playoffs: MIN gets our pick, we miss the playoffs (have a top 14 pick): we keep it, right? Or perhaps I just did an awful job of picking up your sarcasm?

Nah. Colton is correct. In the new CBA they've bumped the playoff structure to 11 teams per conference because they were desperate to increase revenues after such a long lockout.

Jazz might not only lose this pick but their next three. That's the price they agreed to pay for an extra $10mm per year in revenue sharing.
