It mentions Q-99, which was my favorite station at the time. It references Fisher and Todd. It’s always odd to me how radio works. You get familiar with names and voices (or even stations) that become staples. Then, one day you wake up and that person or even station is no longer there, never to be heard from again, as if they never existed. There’s never an explanation. You just have to figure it out yourself. Fisher and Todd became Fisher and Todd and Erin, then Todd and Erin got married and Fisher… well, I dunno. Then Todd and Erin bounced around and have now faded into oblivion.
But, the best part was how it mentioned that Bill Allred and Kerry Jackson hated all of another station’s programming except Tom Barberi and Rush Limbaugh.
