2024-25 Trade Rumors Thread

Thought Chicago could've done better. Huerter and zach Collins been trash this season and even though Jones is a good player, they already got Giddey and will have to resign him in the summer. And yes they got their own pick back but East is a joke this year, as the sixer's just blew a 26 pt lead tonight which makes sure that the Bulls can hang onto the play-in spot a bit longer. It's kinda too late into the season for them to bring out the tank. Lavine recovered much of his trade value this season by having a historic efficient season. And not sure Kings is the ideal destination for him cuz it didn't work out between him and Demar in Chicago, why would anyone think it as a good idea to do it again?

You can repair Heurters value. The key is they get their pick back more than anything.

Lavine has been fantastic this year and helps them not go in to a full rebuild. That's why I thought he made sense for them, and mentioned that earlier.

From a pure value standpoint, Lavine doesn't have much.
I don't really think much of Fox tbh. I actually think a healthy LaVine is better (and much better fit with the Kings), so I view this as the Kings making a good deal, but I get why some wouldn't based off how little SAS had to give up.

Ultimately Fox was probably forcing his way to the Spurs so I guess it's better to get it done when you can get an all-star like LaVine

I could see that.
