More importantly to me, his offensive efficiency is still not close to what it needs to be.FWIW, despite Key’s improved play, it still has not translated to much improvement from a +\- perspective. Still getting killed with him on the floor.
Possibly just a SSS thing, but while he’s made great strides I wouldn’t crown him as a future star just yet.

yup. i'd still like to see his TS% in the 58-59 range. he's close, but his threes need to start falling.More importantly to me, his offensive efficiency is still not close to what it needs to be.
His defense is a problem but going back to college days he has never been efficient on offense. His efficiency is progressing well IMO. I think his shot will return to form and I've been pleased with his where his offensive game is going. For me, the bigger problem is that his defense is still very bad. He has shown more effort, but I think he lacks the actual defensive talent and skill to ever be decent. My overall outlook on him as improved, but he still may be headed towards 6th man type if the defense remains.
Lol, we can never enjoy anythingReally important not to overpay him next summer.
water's wet. nobody should ever overpay anybody. like, it's always a bad idea to pay somebody more than they are worth.Really important not to overpay him next summer.

Some posters can just never accept happiness. Oh a player is playing good, let's complain he will get paid too much. Player is playing bad, they suck and the Jazz have no futurewater's wet. nobody should ever overpay anybody. like, it's always a bad idea to pay somebody more than they are worth.
but in terms of what the jazz pay him, let's allow him to finish out the season and see what what we think he's worth. we're 13 games into his third season. let's allow things to play out a bit.
