College players who tore ACLs and then entered the draft include Nerlens Noel, OG Anunoby, Chuma Okeke, Nikola Topic, ... probably a few others.

NBA players who tore ACLs include Derrick Rose, though he kept having knee problems from thereon, Kristaps Porzingis, though his movement hasn't been great, Kawhi Leonard, our guy Dante Exum, Corey Brewer, Jamal Crawford, ... Players often come back a bit less explosive and bouncy.

My 9 year old daughter was watching a the very end of the BYU game with me last night and the opponent had 65 points and she was cheering them on to make a two point shot lol. They did make a two point shot, making their score 67, and she was pretty happy. I laughed.
