Looking at the way the Jazz like to push and move the ball, Neo would fit right in and give us ball movement and decision-making on the wing that we don't currently have. Is that enough to take him inside the top 10? I'm not sure. His movement is a bit clunky here and there, but so was Franz Wagner's.

I still think Karim Lopez could end up a top 10 guy.

College players who tore ACLs and then entered the draft include Nerlens Noel, OG Anunoby, Chuma Okeke, Nikola Topic, ... probably a few others.

NBA players who tore ACLs include Derrick Rose, though he kept having knee problems from thereon, Kristaps Porzingis, though his movement hasn't been great, Kawhi Leonard, our guy Dante Exum, Corey Brewer, Jamal Crawford, ... Players often come back a bit less explosive and bouncy.
