This is a missed opportunity. 21 year old guys averaging 15 and 6 on a play-off team are dime a dozen. To get him for a pair of second rounders is outstanding. Let's see if KOC can pull the Jefferson deal - that is even better opportunity.
 
So we did have a shot right? Since I don't think they really care about whether or not second-rounders are high enough...

People here are upset we are losing Wes. Well, Beasley just had a better year than Wes, he is 3 years younger, and his numbers in NBA are better than Wes' numbers in NCAA at the same age. Anyway, maybe getting Beasley will ease Wolves into trading Jefferson to us.
 
The Jazz are a Deron Williams and Jerry Sloan away from being worse than the Nets last year. Management is not ****ing helping.

He made it when Denver acquired Iverson, ya know? We had a lotta fun with that one, as I recall.

But they lost Billups though. Here Wolves lost nothing. With that said, if they gave us Al Jefferson because they got Beasley, god bless them for stealing Beasley.
