Have you ever known someone famous... before they were famous?

I'm pretty sure that's spelled right. I didn't know anyone famous before they were famous. I also don't know anyone famous now that I met after they were famous.
 
Some kid I went to high school with is now a Disney star or at least was. Can't think of his name and too lazy to google it. I think there are a couple others but I can't remember off the top of my head. Obviously they're not that famous. My brother, however, claims that back in the 90s he used to hang out at some protitute's house where Wilford Brimley would often hang out.

My dad knew Wilford through a mutual friend. Said old Wilford was the biggest *** he ever met.

This girl I know was telling me she saw him driving at the intersection of 106th and State. Apparently she looked over (not having anything to do with him) and he saw her looking over and he flipped her off.
 
One of my friends that I've known my whole life was on deal or no deal a couple years ago. Not really famous but most of America saw him for an hour.
