Exactly. The refs made OKC miss 9 FTs, harassed Harden into terrible shooting, forced the Thunder to crash into Miami's three-point shooters, and even caused them to throw away a key inbound pass late in the game. Spot-on observation!

Haha no kidding. Come on now, it's always the refs fault!

I jusy have been hearing a lot lately that the refs are fixing games or manipulating them. Whether it be straight from posters mouths here like freakazoid, or on the radio. I just made a general statement because it is being somewhat discussed here.

I fall on the side of it isnt fixed. And think the officiating is just fine, with a few warts here and there. Refs are going to make mistakes.

Refs often favor one team or influence outcomes. This does not mean that the games are fixed, or even manipulated. Those words all mean different things.

Sportscenter this afternoon pointed out that Durant has twice as many fouls as Lebron.

Just throwing that out there.

Durant has more fouls than Lebron because he keeps leaving his feet at bad times. Clearly his fault. Not the refs. Im even pulling for OKC

You telling me that no one on the Heat have got away with fouls that weren't called in the last 2 games?
You telling me that all of Durant's fouls were clearly fouls?
What about all the other calls? Are you sure those were all even too?

Lebron fouled Durant near the end of G2 and it wasn't called.

Refs can give more calls to one team without intent to do so, or without malice towards the other team, or without malice towards one player on the other team.

That's the whole point: the refs should be unbiased toward any particular player or team.
