I would rather have CJ start.

Dont put all your eggs in one basket. by eggs I mean defense for all you slow people out there.

Not really. AK was put back into the starting lineup somewhere around late December. He was completely awesome for those 2 months until he got hurt. People forget this.

He started 35 out of 82 games. Injuries aside that's not exactly a longterm starter. Plus Jerry Sloan loves to have AK come off the bench to spearhead the 2nd unit.

You could be right about Hayward. The kid has heart. Looks like the Jazz made a good choice there. So start Hayward, then Bell. Use AK at shooting guard otherwise. Send CJ to the D league and bring up someone tough. Don't like watching CJ play. He's just a cry baby. Should have found a way to keep Korver. Mathews must have a great manager because he's not that good.

Bell

As I have explained a few times prior, the most effective unit on the floor would be;

Deron - Raja - AK - AJ - Memo

CJ should start he earned it with his play in the post season. I would not mind either AK or Bell playing along side him. The only problem with Bell starting is I really question how many minutes you want to give him. I would start AK and CJ so Bell can come off of the bench and limit his minutes. Then if you need the defensive minded player to end each half you still have him available. I worry about a player at his age who has had his recent injury problems getting big minutes.

Absolutely agree.

After 30 seconds, when his Knees give out, we should go with anyone.

My bad. I was thinking of Harpring.
What? Bell's only 33 (not that old anymore), hasn't had knee issues and hasn't even played in over a year. He'll be fine. If Bruce Bowen can start on the Spurs until he's 36 then Bell can do it at 33.

Miles gets to nervous starting games. He can take himself out of games before they even begin. I think Bell should start and play less min then Miles.

I'd rather see Sloan start the Miles. Probably do better on defense. Be interesting to see if Flash Gordon can play defense.

Have you ever on either board made a post not talking about CJ? Seriously you need to get over it already. I know your a CJ hater and not a Jazz fan in the slightest but please explain what he has done to you personally. Because it is obviously personal with you. I don't think you could make 20 posts in a row without CJ hate spewing out of your ***.

That's kind of misleading don't you think? He started 35 of the 58 games he played. He opened the year starting when Miles was out, and then got put back into the starting lineup on January 11th. Look at our record to March 12th. He alone was not responsible for that, but he played a big part of it. We were Top 3 in the league over that stretch, and his numbers were sensational.

gregbroncs (Bonkers). I was hoping that was you. I've missed you! But be careful about the swearing or they will kick you off this post as well. Let me introduce everyone to Bonkers. He's a PR front for CJ Miles.

I'd say go with CJ until we see how Bell is going to do in the system. Regardless of whether or not he's been in it before, it's been a while and he needs to get back into the flow of things.
