Likeable or not he's not smooth behind the mike. Some people like that human touch, and that's fine.
He seems like a great guy. I just think he sucks at his job.

hahaha. I think he's good personally. He does not have to be super smooth behind the mic becasue he is the #2 commentator. He has great insight. also, he is better than like 95 percent of those guys on NBA TV

He's an intelligent guy who just gets tripped up by his words sometimes. And skillets. Other than that, he's a great announcer. I've always liked the Booner. I followed his career with the Utah Stars when I was a little boy and then afterwards in the NBA.

That's what great about life. We all see if differently. It's good for you because Boone ain't going anywhere.
He's off tv, so I'm happy too.

I love Booner. He's like my senile old uncle I've never had who still has a fair amount of basketball knowledge left.
 
I voted yes. I just always thought he was a little dry - which I could deal until he fell in love with Milt Palacio - especially when he tried giving Milt the nickname "Captain Crunch" It still makes me throw up a little in my mouth just thinking about it...
