Not yet. In my opinion, it's more than safe enough. In my opinion, I don't see more harm than good coming from it. In my opinion, it would be good for economy(munchees and stupid bongs n crap sales will go up)

But I wanna beat a dead horse over this. I want to wait for Colorado and Washington's data at the 5 year mark. I wanna go over how it didn't ruin life as the world knew it for those two states. I wanna go over how the average person's life got better during those five years.

I wanna blast out loud how drug overdoses went down dramatically, and crime rates dropped(since a large part of crime was having/selling/using weed).

I want to the new studies were less difficult to conduct in those states on the effects of marijuanna and (insert any daily task here), and how it didn't make any trouble for anyone.

I want to have the religions of those states encourage pot usage, and then talk about how it increased their bond with their respective Gods.

And then I wanna throw it in the face of every idiot out there that just wants to complain because their high school girlfriend left them for a stoner.

At that point, we should make it legal everywhere.

While I appreciate the summation, will you please tell me how you really feel?

As for the question posed by the OP...... obviously the answer is yes

I can appreciate Roach's approach to the question... some real life data would probably be very useful in implementing the most efficient and effective structure for legalizing.

But eventually it has to be done. There's just too much upside to ignore.
