Nevertheless, this KOC guy looks to me as if he likes to screw with people's minds, making them think the opposite way he'll act right after.

No offense, but is KOC Jewish?
His interviews are totally boring and completely worthless.
Most concerning was his enthusiasm for Ty. He will be here the next 5yrs min

I'm going to give KOC the benefit of the doubt. He'll have 30 million plus to use this off-season if he makes no moves. I'm sure teams are trying to offload 3-4 year contacts on him and he doesn't want them. I don't think everyone will hate Al as much if Milsap is gone. Favors starts, Kanter gets more time, and defense is better. I also don't have a problem bringing back Mo to start if it's for a smaller contract and they get a young pg in the draft.
The D Williams trade was awesome, we can all agree on that. And they have done great on the last few drafts. This off-season was great too, even if the Williams' haven't turned out like we hoped, it showed KOC it's willing to make good moves and try to improve the team. If Milsap was playing as well as last year, and Mo wasn't hurt, we would be doing much better.
Maybe KOC surprises us and lets everyone walk and signs a good FA pg and 3rd big. If no moves are made, I'll be a little disappointed, but I'll wait until summer to judge. KOC gas earned that in my mind
I love how people are starting to realize whats going to happen here and are now are rationalizing the non moves by the team.
Flat out, it was and will be proven to be a huge mistake to let Al and Paul walk for nothing all the while not developing your lottery picks. Plain stupid by the Jazz.
