I can't remember the last time I bought a can of Campbell's Tomato Soup
Does anyone remember that recipe for something (maybe sloppy joes or meatballs) that called for a can of tomato soup, a bottle of Heinz 57 Chili Sauce and a jar of currant jelly - or something like that? Haven't had it in decades. I remember there was a guy I dated in college who made it all the time and i was so impressed that he could cook! And all he did was open three jars, throw the stuff into a pot and stir.
I don't know that recipe.. but I still buy Campbell's Tomato Soup. On a cool day nothing like a grilled cheese sammich dipped in tomato soup. Yum.

agree, though I prefer to heat up some low-sodium V8 rather than the Campbell's soup - it's healthier and easier since you just pour and heat, plus you don't need a can opener

meanwhile, in other news, there are any number of reasons why I think this thread is the perfect place to put this little nugget about the latest study topic of PNAS, (the very appropriate acronym for the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences)
https://news.yahoo.com/science-women-prefer-larger-*******-203118125.html
then again, that's not to say they like big dicks...
That sounds good!
Jgolds checking in. Yup this thread is alive and well, Jgolds out.
and the "New Page Award" goes to. . . . . JGolds!!!!!!
[thunderous applause]
(bowing) thank you, you all are to kind (bowing) and thank you babe for giving me this opportunity (shakeing hands with babe) thank you..
What do I win?
I was apprehensive about opening that link. . . . my wife has this computer on some kind of heavy-duty screening service that just bleeps out a lot of this site's materials. She's fussier than Colton about what kids like me might accidentally be exposed to.
But considering your topic, and finding that I couldn't open that link. .. . . with a message indicating that the page has been purged even from Yahoo, I just feel very very secure. Whatever there is out there in terms of pics of big stuff or scary stuff that might frighten the kiddies, we should hire somebody to keep it away from us if we don't want it. Like having guards at schools, say, to make sure they're alright. It's cheaper than having government do the job, more effective, and you can actually sue them if they fall down on the job and something terrible happens. No way do I want government officials or employees or even police and military personnel stepping in on that job. Hire someone you can sue if they screw up. You're gonna be at least a hundred times more effective at solving the problem or eliminating the threat.

The page is still on Yahoo. You just have to replace "*******" with the plural synonym of dicks. Because the JF filter changes "*******" to *******
Campbells has these cool new-fangled can tops that don't require a can opener.
