I agree. Gotta win this game. Otherwise, Portland will think they can contend and OKC can look at the game film and see they can beat the Jazz. If Fes plays well, that also sends a message to Denver that his playoff performance wasn't a fluke.

CJ absolutely has to outplay Wesley. If not, I think thousands of season ticket holders will be calling the FO to call Miller a cheapskate and demand their money back. And if Gordon doesn't play well, expect KOC to be fired. You just can't use a #9 pick on someone who isn't ready to be an impact player from Day 1. A lot is riding on this first pre-season game.

When will the NBA get their act together and broadcast ALL games!

It took the NFL years to realize that there was a market for every pre-season game. Some fans want to see every game.
The NFL finally broadcast the entire pre-season.

Now it's the NBAs turn. Nothing is worse than waiting all off-season to see some basketball, and to not have most the games available.
Here is an idea, have every pre-season game not on broadcast tv available on pay per view online. 3 bucks per. The basketball nuts will pay for this.

Back to reality I can't wait to be sitting in my computer refreshing the gamecast every min, and listening to a radio stream of locke and boone. sigh....

No local Portland TV for the game either? Bummer. I personally am not a big pre-season guy, but I do like to catch the first game just to get a look at some of the guys that won't get much PT should they make the roster.

Definitely drop Miami. They have TONS of national games. I'd swap them for Portland or Phoenix. In fact, I'd probably drop both LA and Miami and add both POR and PHX.

I think the Sacramento Kings are an interesting team with Tyreke and Cousins. I'd get tired of watching the Lakers, and I'm already tired of watching the Suns.
