What's new

July 11th, Summer League Game 4: Jazz vs. Pacers 11 A.M. ET

Just for kicks, 2 of Flynn's best NBA games came against us.

12/14/09 with TWolves: 28 points - 5 assists - 11 for 19
04/26/12 with Blazers: 18 points - 11 assists - 5 rebounds

Evans showing his jumpshot. Looking very consistent with it in this Summer League

Nice to see him improving an important part of his game.

How has Burks J looked. Saw a report, cannot remember where, that he had been working on it this offseason with a Jazz trainer.

Percentages about the same on his jumpshot but I personally think it looks better. Looks like he is putting a little more arc on it

Gobert and Evans each definitely deserve minutes. Around 15-20 minutes per game for Evans and 10-15 minutes per game for Gobert. Would love to see Neto play for the Jazz this season.

I love that bank shot from Neto, I always appreciate seeing players go glass for some reason lol

That tip in by Gobert was sick

He definitely deserves minutes. Evans and his jumper could really help us off the bench.

Gobert was a huuuge steal at 27 no matter how he turns out in the long run.

His only glaring weakness may be his strength which is not that important in today's NBA.

Burks (Alec) has the day off but yes he has been working with Johnny Bryant (Jazz skills coach) and his jumper does have more arch for sure. Hopefully this gives Evans more confidence in himself to take and make these 15' J's in an actual game, if so he could be that stretch 4, now he's still to light to play against a lot of PF's but it would allow him to get on the floor more if he can hit those.
