Following potential 2014 draftees

like your last date.

LOL.. yeah it was a bit of a disaster actually.. she hasn't called back since. Truth be told she wasn't "all that" anyway...

Are girls in the US a bit less "stuck up" than here in NZ? It kinda feel like that sub-plot in "Love Actually" where this guy couldn't get any girls to go out with him in the UK, but the first day he landed in Milwaukee he scored with 4 extremely-hot-model-like-hotness-guaranteed-lonely-in-the-bar-coming-onto-you GIRLSSSSSSSS...

Honest first hand experience/insights would be much appreciated.

I wouldn't stereotype American girls one way or the other. There are all types and lots of them.
I also would have no way to compare to the kiwis because I've never dated in NZ.

WCS cut his hand badly on the rim. Going to be sore a while, I'd say.

OT- I bet ole Roy is not happy
This was on the daily tarheeL

Leaving P.J. on the team is disgraceful
TO THE EDITOR:

Roy, after 23 years as an academic tutor, and after going through the devastating football scandal, I am resigning in protest of your disgraceful decision to allow P.J. Hairston to remain on the team.

If I were arrested driving with no license, illegal drugs and a gun in a felon's car, my employment at this University would end immediately.

Hairston's DTH headline quote was, "I will play this season." Since when does the criminal decide his fate?

Jack Halperin
Athletic academic tutor

I really wonder how it's possible to injure your finger on a rim like that? Only thing coming to my mind is the screws on the backiron where the rim is attached to the rest of the hoop.
Hope that won't hinder him for too long.

Such a flirt...

Holly hell. Do they place barbed wire around the rims in Kentucky? That looks ten times worse then when I had to rush my mom to the emergency room when she cut her hand using a weed wacker. And I'm being serious.

Why is your mom weed wacking and not you?

Noel's knee... now WCS' hand.... PKM - do you think the facilities there are due for an upgrade?

Not trying to be smart, just truly truly concerned for all the athletes, is all....

Valid.. but UK players get hurt less than 40% of other elite programs. Also, there is more to the story I won't tell.. but would make sense..................

I didn't know they keep stats for that kind of thing......especially when considering that most of these freak accidents at practice aren't made known to the public.

Just a little snippet from Randle regarding playing with the twins, now, rather than against them (as he had to do in HS).

"It's a lot easier, for me especially," Randle said. "It was one of me, but it was two of them. I'm definitely enjoying playing with them. They're so -- they're really good. I mean, really good. To have them on my team now, finally, it's a great experience."
