Isn't that what Hayward is though? I honestly see his ceiling as a good role playing shooting guard. Anyone else who see's him as more than that has the homer goggles on...
I see him as a role player too. Kind of like Hornacek (note: not in any way comparing his game or skill to Hornacek). Hornacek was a role player and our third best player. To simply look at him as that, however, doesn't give a complete picture. His influence was huge, much bigger than his 14/4 would lead you to believe. Oh, and if he was the best player on a crappy team everyone would be fed up with him not being "an alpha dog."
