Please please please yes..the melt downs here will be sooo worth it.

I appreciate that you find much of the group-think on these forums to be laughable. However, do you similarly find taking the position at the other end of the spectrum, for the sake of occupying that end of the spectrum, to be equally laughable?

I've been a lifelong Ute fan, except for the few years Boylen was stomping the sidelines. The only thing impressive about him is his ability to keep get hired. I really don't think even the most clueless GM would make this hire. And DL isn't clueless.

Yeah with the history at the U would be weird and I always thought his lack of recruiting meaning lack of talent made it hard to judge his coaching but I am also one that isn't sure if he's HC material (would make for fun interviews especially for Monson) however he is supposed to be a top big man coach so I could see him as maybe the top assistant coach but the GM doesn't usually pick that the HC gets to pick most if not all of his staff (with suggestions and recommendations of course).

There is no ****ing way on ****ing earth that the Jazz could hire Boylen. Absolutely no ****ing way.

...

Please...

Cut and dry: If you make a program a joke and you're playing in the Mountain West, you are not one of the 30 best coaches in the world, let alone one of the three best coaches.

Spurs hired him. That means something.
