6'8 220 is impressive for a small forward.
Is he a small forward? What position does he play in the NBA?

The truth lies VERY much in between the two hyperbolic arguments put forth in the last few pages of this thread.
Numb is very right, IMO, in the fact that AG's upside and potential are what you'd be drafting him on at #5. He is a very good athlete, has huge defensive potential and seems to have a fantistic feel for the game/BBIQ. BUT, his lack of mid range game (27% on 2 PT jumpers.....), ability to create his own shot and free throw shooting are hard to ignore. SO, if you draft him this high, you're BETTING (you DO NOT know) that you can fix those. If you can, the kids ceiling is through the roof.
Is he better than Jeremy Evans now? Of course he is.
If he can attack off the dribble then he isn't completely inept at "creating his on shot". Also even if he does nothing more than become a 3rd ball handler, lock down defender, and slasher that he is a quality pick.

This is just year two of the rebuild for you guys. Man you have absolutely no patience.
Sincere question, how much have you seen of Gordon? Just DX vids? First 6 mins?
What part of that did you disagree with? Gordon has the ability to attack off the dribble. He certainty can slash and finish.
