What's new

I told yall...Hood is a beast and a steal at #23.

I've said it here numerous times before and I'll say it again - Hood will have a better career than Hayward - book it.

Still don't think we should have matched.

Think most people, experts and Jazzfanz alike, were in agreement that Hood slipped too far.

Nope, only yamers. Just like ncjazz has been right about every Jazz first round pick of the modern era.

Before Lindsey is fired for not getting an extra 2nd rounder in the Novak trade, I want to thank him for drafting Gobert, Hood and Exum. And everyone please remember just WHY we had that #23 pick

Yeah. The deal to rent Jefferson, Biedrins and Rush is looking pretty good so far. Have to be encouraged by the fact that the first pick (which shouldn't have been worth much by virtue of where it ended up) was still good enough to get a guy that many projected for the lottery. Surprised he slipped so far. Glad the Jazz picked him. Looks like a great fit for Coach Q's offense and philosophy. Jazz answer to Danny Green. Deadly from downtown.

Already a better handle and a much better vision & passer, IMO.
