Utah Jazz: #5 in Youth Talent

The top part goes like this:

1. Pelicans
2. Suns
3. Raptors
4. Hornets

I think Utah's young roster is still underrated and I find this a positive thing. It can help players pump themselves up to make a point in the league with the right motivations flowing through the right coaching system. This season can be a change of air for those folks to prove the league that they still have a long way to go on the road to their ceilings and the rate of success as a team. And Pelicans leading the rankings is no wonder a result of the presence of AD23- a legit future MVP. I can see a lot of good things happening this season, or the young core getting divided by underachievement, losing its 2 or 3 pieces at the end of this one.

If Exum is who we think he is, we should be squarely behind New Orleans.

Pelicans are the clear-cut #1.

If Exum is who we think he is, and what he thinks he is, not what we think he was in summer league, and what he hopefully could be, we be #1..:)

Jazz should be ranked number two and they would be number one if News Orleans didn't have Anthony Davis. He makes them #1 all by himself.

Without looking, I want to try to guess the four teams ahead of them.

Philly, Milwaukee, Orlando, Minnesota (assuming they have gotten Wiggins and Bennett), aaaaaaaand...I don't know. I can't think of a fifth...Portland?

You should have peeked.

I can see that but I'd rather have the youth that the jazz have. We have depth at every position. N.O has some big question marks and have made some stupid decisions. Gordon's knee, drafting Rivers, Signing Evans (what position), trading Lopez (for Evans) to give up a 1st for Omer, no SF, and the Holiday trade (noel, 11th pick) looks questionable.
