As far as comparisons go, it is not bad, but they are completely different players. Penny liked to post and bang and thrived on contact, which I havent seen from Exum (it may come). Exum seems quicker and has better court vision than Penny.
NAOS, aren't you like a philosophy professor or some ****?
I think my favorite Exum comparison is Penny Hardaway - I think it's accurate as Anfernee handled the ball well, was oversized/athletic & filled the stat sheet.
not anymore.
Tony Parker is probably my most hated NBA player ever. I ALWAYS hated the put your head down and run to the basket and flop hoping the refs would bail you out play, even if it was effective. That seemed to be his go to move. If that is how Exum develops I will be disappointed. He looks to have a little more jaw dropping "what did I just see!" to his game, which I really want from him.
And yes, I know Parker has expanded his game. Still hate him and his flopping though.
Retired?
This is what I was thinking when he quoted your post. You know you don't have to reply to every-single-posts that I make right?

I think we match up well against Detroit. They well struggle to defend the perimeter imo

What are Kanter's 3pt numbers?Like Sunday at Detroit?
Play Exum 35 mins and reduce Burke to 13. Better yet, where is Diante?
Does ANYONE still want to defend Burke's shooting? Oh wait...2-7 from 3PT range actually INCREASES his percentage. Never mind.
