How does your state treat faith-healing?

There are six states on the map (half-way down the page) where, regardless of how the child dies or the level of neglect, you can use a religious exemption to avoid being prosecuted, even for manslaughter (Idaho, Iowa, Arkansas, Louisiana, Ohio, West Virginia). My home state (Illinois) is pink.
