we have a thread for welcoming new members, but this requires special handling.

Indiana Jones, I presume. . . .

or is Kentucky Jones an altogether more sophisticated sleuth?

Thank you. You are too kind and accommodating.

Dr. Briana Jones. A lot of things have changed for PKM lately.

So where is the coolest place you've ever explored/dug/looked for artifacts Mr. Jones? I know you mentioned you do actually do that kind of stuff previously. Because I was watching this Nat Geo documentary on Son Doong Cave recently:

and I'm pretty sure that's where Atlantis, Jurassic Park, The Ark of the Covenant, Stacy's Mom, El Dorado, etc. all are hiding out.

Dude's new name makes me wanna watch the series. And then some Star Wars.

God Raiders of the Lost Ark is so effing good...though the last five to ten minutes just never did it for me. So many classic scenes. The whole opening 10-12 minutes or so. The bar shootout scene. The one-on-one fight scene with the big German guy by the airplane. The chase scene through the desert with the ark on the back of the truck, including the amazing climbing underneath the truck stunt. A masterpiece of a movie.

some unknown/uncharted pyramids (overgrown by the jungle) in Guatemala.. some cliff dwellings in Barranco del Cobre (where some still have indians living in them).

Also was dropped off by helicopter in Peru and had to walk our way toward the coast for retrieval.

Can't give lots of details about what transpired while there, but those are a few of the interesting places/events.

I love the melting Nazis. It scared the bejeesus out of me when I was young though.
