Another team in hot pursuit of OKC's Reggie Jackson, league source tells Yahoo Sports: The Detroit Pistons.

Lindsey has always talked about whether to "go young" or "accelerate the process".

Fingers crossed for accelerating the process and start winning NOW.

I have a feeling that if the trade happens with OKC, Burke is part of the package. OKC wants a backup PG too if they give up Jackson. Makes sense.

According to Genessy, the Jazz are looking at the rights of Alex Abrines. Seems like they like him.

Is Jackson really the guy we want at PG?

Waiters played 27 minutes in his home Thunder debut, including the final eight, while Jackson saw only 15, tied for the fewest this season and matching a blowout over the Hornets in which he sat most of the fourth... His on-ball defense is a constant issue for the team and a significant liability for an otherwise stout defensive team. Jackson's 103.9 defensive rating is the worst among regular rotation players on the Thunder. With him off the court, it drops to 96.4, easily the biggest gap on the team. If Brooks picked Waiters in crunch time over Jackson for those reasons, it's likely to happen more often.

It'll be a three way with a first coming to Utah from Detroit or Indiana. We get Kendrick Perkins... I wonder if Burke is in this deal.
