I think Ed will be fine... the core of our defensive system is to funnel the drivers to Rudy... long term having a bigger body with some rim presence as a backup might be a good idea. I'd also support the idea of getting a guy that can shoot 3s from the 5 if we couldn't get a rim protector... at least gives a different look.

Uh, so going 6-4 against Quin means "always kicking" his butt?. And that includes the 2014 season, when we were terrible and the Hawks a 60 win team. The 'drop the big' defense has always given us trouble but thats because of our complete lack of shooting. We have more weapons now.

How can a meaningless pre-season game be embarrassing? How many conclusions can you get from a team missing its most important player and defensive anchor. Oh my...

If we played Rudy and they sat Giannis how does the game go? It was ugly but because it’s really the only game we’ve seen in months we are overreacting.
 
Bucks haven't made many changes from the last season, they looked like they know what they are playing even when their starters were out. It couldn't look good when we had 4 new guys starting together or deep bench playing. We obviously need time so that Conley and Bojan get used to the system. I am not expecting us to start the season strong but won't panic about it. And apart from obvious lack of Rudy we also missed Joe very much tonight, with him it would not have looked so chaotic.

I agree I'm not too stressed. Honestly Ed is the guy concerning me most and its a terrible matchup for him. I am confident he looks better as a backup beating up on not enormous competition.
 
What does "cheat code" mean in terms of a basketball player? I cannot quite figure it out. I assume it has something to do with a video game?

Cheat code is just a term when you use some secret in a game, such as making a player who has unlimited life, or hits all their threes.
