There is no Hollywood norm. Hollywood has conservatives, liberals, and others; all kinds of religions, etc. It's run by some of the wealthiest people in the country.

I think you are right, to a degree. It's also true that sometimes things are tolerated until a breaking point is reached.

You are missing the key difference. Fraternities and corporate board rooms don't virtue signal on television or other forms of media to millions of people on a regular basis.

Honest question... How is this different then telling an athlete to shut up and dribble? Many on here I've seen side with the athlete when they voice an opinion. I think its just as stupid for someone to look at Hollywood as a pro athlete as a moral compass, but there are those that do.

Wow, you do live in a fantasy world. Half of corporate advertising is virtue signaling, and most fraternity boys would be on national TV if they were popular enough.
