The game was an auto-loss once Gobert was declared out, so I'm not sure why we even played him to begin with.

No he's hurt. Shouldn't be playing at all. So he's shying away from what hurts.
Don't worry. It will all click in the playoffs. It is sometimes okay to suck in the regular season. I only worry about the players mental state to put the bad behind themselves and not self destruct or to tear down their fellow teammates. Bulid each other up and get ready when it counts.
Call me crazy, but I think the Jazz can finish with 6 wins in their last 7 games, take the 3rd seed, and beat Denver in the 1st round.
