This game is a true coin flip. We gotta lose a bunch of these if the tank is to survive. I have a bad feeling on this one.

Jazz are a 7.5 pt underdog... If I was a gambling man I'd probably bite on the Jazz winning straight up. Unless the grizz shoot really well I think we win.

Its too bad because if we dropped both games this weekend it would do a lot to help the tank. Lots of bad teams playing each other.
 
I keep seeing rumors about jazz buying instead of selling. That’s just about not trading Markkanen, right? Not for this trade deadline, hopefully. We need to lose tonight and keep our eye on the draft pick, not the play-in game limbo.
 
How do you guys feel about JJJ as a trade target at some point? Idk what happened to him. Was a great player who doesn't seem to care anymore.

I think he's overrated. Hasn't figured out fouling and rebounding issues and is also injury prone. I'd buy at a reasonable price but not a price they'd want to sell at.

I do wonder what "reasonable price" means with all this talk about teams getting gunshy about trading for max players. He was good just a year ago, so maybe we can get him at a discount and he revives himself next year in a new situation. He's a player who has been overrated throughout his career, but the pendulum might be swinging too much imo.
