I don’t think Ace has a case against anyone who made it and especially not CMB.
I don't think he has a great case against anyone, but I would say he has an about equal case against quite a few.

What a strange post. Ace can have all the green light that he wants if he keeps shooting as efficiently as he has been.So our response to ACE not making the rising stars team is now oh sh** let’s give him a full green light and prove them wrong. Why because behind scenes Ace is disappointed and his camp is probably pissed. The issue is this organization wants to teach rookies how to play “right”. Donovan was really an exception. Ace has all the ability in the world to be in the ROY race. But oh now since he got snubbed ACE will take 15-20 shots a night and avg. 20ppg.
Now, I’m not suggesting we didn’t anything wrong, but this is absolutely embarrassing for Ace. And now we’re in cleanup mode. Ace has full green light now!!
I’m not sure that’s been the case. It’s no coincidence that he comes out firing after not getting selected with an 18fg game with no assists and no rebounds. I think We are going to see Ace taking more shots and hunting a bit. What a strange post. Ace can have all the green light that he wants if he keeps shooting as efficiently as he has been.
I’m a little concerned.i'm as big an ace homer as anybody (pre-draft i was probably the biggest on this site), but the inability to get to the ft line is getting ridiculous, he needs to rebound a lot better and especially without the FTs, 45/34 shooting splits aren't going to get it done. he shows flashes, but he needs to be a lot better. i wish he were in the game, because he'd be damn fun to watch in that setting with how explosive he is, but he doesn't have a great case to make it in over those dudes.

7 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 steals, 1 block, zero turnovers to go along with his efficient 19 points last night.I’m not sure that’s been the case. one thing that gives me hope is that improved ballhandling could and should make a big difference - it's of course not the only issue, but its a major issue. i mean, he can't take anybody off the bounce at this point. 95% of his threes are assisted and 75% of his twos are assisted. basically he's catch and shoot or catch and dunk. nothing more. as long as that's the case, he'll never get to the FT line. if he could put it on the floor and create some for himself, he'd still want to avoid contact (which is his other major issue that i see), but at least it would put some pressure on defenders and he'd improve some. It’s a major concern and deep rooted issue with how he learned the game. I don’t think the rewriting of his brain can happen until the summer, but it’s clear that we’re starting from square one and tbh there’s not many example of guys changing these habits once in the pros.

having said all that, it is sort of incredible how good of a scorer he has been at times without any ability to create his own offense, just due to his length, elevation and quick/high release point. he can't create his own with the ball, but when he moves without the ball, it's not hard at all for him to get shots up.
