Yeah, safe to say it’s not getting any Academy Awards. Formulaic and fairly predictable, yet my interest never waned due to the pace, highlight reel game sequences and the acting chemistry. Juan and Edwards are naturals and Sandler turns in a fine dramatic performance IMO.

True. Followed the sports movie formula to a goddamn t lol
 
That was entertaining! I hadn't realized Juancho was that good-looking. He did a great job on and off the court. Fun to see all the NBA players/coaches.

Disappointed Clarkson didn't get a little more screen time.

Agreed! I just hope pretty boy is willing to put it all on the line off the bench this year and play some of that gritty hard nosed defense displayed in the film. Love to see what Clarkson could do with some starter’s minutes if Conley or Mitchell get moved as well.
