The way he's been playing we'd probably lose more with him on the floor.
The Trey of late is still twice the player that JLiii is.

Hoping Trey gets injured in rookie game or skills challenge crew
They have at most 5 years to put us back in the playoffs until the millers are forced to sell the team.

If DL does not put is in a position to lose out nearly the rest of the season, the Jazz will be stuck in lottery hell for a long time. Next years draft looks pretty damn weak, which means that will be the year we get the number one pick. The jazz can't last too many years with half full arenas. Not that weak. Okafor, Towns, Johnson is a better top 3 than anything from 2008-2013.
Dont forget jabari, embiid, and haws
Yeah, thats kind of my point.
They knew they were going to be without Peyton Manning and intentionally went with a roster that included no NFL calibre QB's. That's tanking from an organizational level, and I think that is totally acceptable.
BTW, the Colts started the season 0-13 that year, then when they were already assured the #1 pick they won 2 games in a row.
Everyone knew what they were doing and it was the right thing for them to do.
So maybe Lindsey should have traded Favors, Hayward and Kanter for D-League players before the season so the Jazz could properly tank.
The Jazz aren't anywhere near the bottom of ticket sales. There are at least 10 other teams who would sell before the Millers.
