What's new

2011 draft.....

Not sure if I explained it right, but here's an example. Not sure if Toronto got a TPE for Bosh, but say they did. We trade #12 and Al to them for the #5. We get Kanter or DWill at #3 and at #5 we take Knight or Walker. Does anyone have KOC's digits? I think I'm on to something here.

I hear if you hang out at Best Buy long enough you're bound to run into a Jazz player/coach. I would suggest doing that.

I want no part of Walker to me he is Ben Gordon with better handles. Tell me if I'm wrong, but Walker is more of a sg in a pg's body and undersized for a pg..... If that's possible.

Just my opinion here, so don't kill me, but I think Kemba's more of a PG than Knight.

My opinion is that Kemba is a score-first guy and always will be. Knight is on the fast-track to true point and WILL get there quickly. Kemba is undersized, but can definitely score. I'd take Knight, easily.

Also, with all th concerns over Knight's assists numbers ... Kemba only averaged .3 more per game and is two years older. Also, Kemba lacks range on his shot (33% from college 3). I'm not crazy about a junior that is undersized and lacks shooting range. Problematic for the offense if the defender can play back off of him (both because of size and shooting). But that's just me.

I wouldn't (just a different opinion).

Kanter >

#6 - Knight
and
#18 - whoever is left at that point

I feel with a #3 (THREE!) pick we have to swing for a big time player. I feel Irving, Williams, and Kanter are the ONLY three that fit that description at a high certainty.

This.

I haven't seen it mentioned here, but KOC could be influenced by the fact that Kemba played a lot more pick and roll than Knight did this season.
