Yep and energy, momentum and game killer speaking more immediate affects/effects (yes both).
I honestly do not think the U would've won the game anyway but it would've been close and they may have had a chance but as soon as I saw that replay I knew the U would not likely be able to overcome such a monumental swing of momentum and emotion.
Then all the new'ish creative/different offensive play calls immediately went back to the same ol' same ol', obvious D is lining up to stop the run, run the ball anyway. Only pass in obvious passing situations and the O-line and QB fold like they've done all season, that formula hasn't worked in the PAC12 play all season but go ahead and keep status quo. At the end of games we've seen the offense move the ball (when the WR's aren't dropping balls at least) but lets go back to what doesn't and hasn't worked all PAC12 season. Honestly though even if they didn't do that Oregon's going to score and the U wouldn't be able to keep up, but it'd be nice to see at least.
I know Whit has a pair he takes chances all the time, just not with the offense.
Bama wins in a game I didn't think would be that close. I was wrong on that. I never thought Utah would win this game. Just hoped it would be close. Still has a chance to be but giving away your own TD and giving them one in the same play just kills you.
