2019 Trade Deadline Discussion

It’s a step up from your other idiot trade idea of getting Parker and Russell. I’d do it, but I haven’t heard any rumors that he’s even on the block, and if he were some other team would easily outbid us.

Just ideas kid meant to improve our current mediocrity.

Go whine somewhere else.

Blake could be available at the deadline if Detroit still sucks. And their schedule is tough from now to then.

I thought I complimented you on your Blake idea, he fits the offense and adds another playmaker, all I said was that he probably wasn’t attainable is all. Relax man!!

Well thank you.

Blake would be a major get for us. He does many of the things that we lack.

People on here are drooling over possibly getting Tobias, but Tobias' max contract would cost us Blake-like money and for a year longer than Blake's deal. Tobias is only a year younger than Blake.

I’d rather have Harris actually.

Send Detroit Favors, Bradley, and Exum. And maybe a pick.

Yah, that's not getting it done.

The Jazz just don't have the assets to trade for a super-star on a long-term deal.
Detroit got him for a similar deal last year. And I would argue Exum represents a better asset than expiring injured Avery Bradley. The Detroit 1st probably projects to be 5-8 spaces higher, but that's about it.

Remember, Tobias Harris wasn't as big of an asset as he seems now.
