2019 Trade Deadline Discussion

Eh, if you're Phoenix, you don't really want Austin Rivers as your PG. Phoenix can pull together a different Ariza deal.

Yes, they can. This trade made 0 sense for anyone but Memphis but for whatever strange reason they backed out.

Not only did Jabari not crack the rotation in Chicago, he was removed. Who was the last player released by a team that ended up being an all-star that was not a planned move? I've seen better players do this kind of thing as part of the plan to sign someone else then be picked back up, but I can't think of a single player released like this who turned into anything.

Just say no to Jabari.

The only way we should consider signing Parker would be picking him up off waivers for cheap. Maybe a straight swap with Exum. Otherwise giving up any assets at all for him is beyond foolish.

Michael Jordan was cut from his 9th grade team or some ****... so he was basically released and he became the goat... Jabari will win many mvps (in China)

I love everything about this failed trade... they didn’t know which brooks they were agreeing on... somewhere Vlade is doing a fist pump for not being the laughing stock of executing a transaction.

I’m sure Kelly Oubre, Marshon Brooks and Wayne Selden will be super happy to go back to their teams.

chauncey billups went through a couple of teams before he became an all-star. I don't have the energy to see if he was waived or just traded.

**edit** No I don't think Parker is the new Billups
