Not going to raise suspicions here, but Conley is out again tonight and has been out a week now with "hamstring tightness." Maybe this is a load management move, but I'm wondering if the Jazz are holding him out for a potential trade. Just something to keep an eye on over the next week.

I could see the Jazz moving him, especially if Conley himself isn't happy with his new situation for some reason.

I see what you’re saying and there’s always that chance but if he has a hamstring issue, that’s something one just can’t bounce back from. That was generally a 2.5-3 week thing for me if it was a strain. If I badly pulled it or blew it out, forget it.

I’d be so down for Ibaka using the full MLE but I think he’d get more than that. He’d be a legit backup 5, and I guess could start as our stretch 4 potentially too. Two way dude. Is he still pretty good?

Yeah, the only thing that makes me a bit suspicious is that a week ago Conley said he was able to play on it. This was the game where it tightened up on him.

They generally talk about the Jazz more than other talking heads. And we're mediocre. So it might be worth tuning in. Tony Jones is in the "this is the team and no trades will be made" camp. Which is essentially a euphemism for "they don't have any assets." So it'll be interesting to see what Woj and Lowe say.
