He’d fix many of our defensive issues on the bench, and improving our scoring there and depth overall.

An upgrade at the 4?
Upgrade at the backup 1?

Wouldn't be surprised if the Jazz traded Exum and Davis for Bobby Portis. He was a Jazz target last offseason. He could play with Gobert in a big lineup, he could play the 5 when Gobert sits, he could be a pick and pop big for Conley.

Christian Wood may be but don't see how we get him. Detroit looks close to rebuilding so they may just give him more minutes.

If we can flip Dante for any player with an expiring contract that’s a win... Portis is actually a solid backup big which is even better... they’d be stupid to do it... they are stupid so they might. We need like one great flash from Dante... just one please... might be enough.
