2020 Presidential election

According to Lindsey Graham some truth bombs are going to be dropped about the whole Russia collusion thing. Not a fan of Grahams goofy smug *** and I wont believe anything until i see it but I am a firm believer that this entire Russia thing runs insanely deep.

There is evidence that the whole Russia investigation was originally made up by the Dems and then taken over by a faction of the intelligence community as a contingency plan when Trump got elected. In other words, it was a strategy to discredit Trump's election and create grounds for impeachment. If it gets fully exposed, it will bring to light corruption within the FBI and the Justice Dept. and it might expose some CIA assets along the way. So the Justice Department has to figure out how to handle it and try to come out of this with some of its credibility in tact.

The other thing it could expose, potentially, is complicity on the part of corporate media that ran full speed with the Russia narrative. CNN, MSNBC and Washington Post under Bezos all have links to the CIA. But I think a lot of people can sense that already.

This was last week -- https://m.thebl.com/politics/politi...y-link-between-fusion-gps-and-obamas-fbi.html

The missing piece right now is the role of Joseph Misfud and who he worked for.

I don't know how many times it needs to be pointed out that the "Russia investigation" predates the Steele Dossier and began with Papadopolous running his mouth about Russians having dirt on Hillary Clinton in April of 2016. This had nothing to do with "Dems."

Nellie Ohr was hired by political consulting firm Fusion GPS in 2015 to do opposition research for the Clinton campaign, focusing on Trump's potential Russia connections. Christopher Steele was a trusted intelligence analyst who was brought in during the summer of 2016. He became the face of the dossier and the informant the FBI used to obtain FISA warrants, but the Russia narrative was hatched by Bruce Ohr's wife for Fusion GPS before Steele got involved. The Russia narrative was developed by Fusion GPS for the Dems, then was taken over by the FBI after Trump won the Republican nomination.

That's the piece that came out last week from the unsealed FBI reports.

All of this ignores that the FBI was looking into the Trump campaign well before they had the Dossier completely independently of FusionGPS. And you are incorrect that they were hired by Clinton in 2015, in fact they were hired by the Washington Free Beacon, a conservative organization which was doing oppo research into all the Republican candidates. The DNC and Hillary brought them on in 2016 to continue the work they had already been doing.

You're right that Fusion GPS was first hired through Washington Free Beacon, and paid for by a large donor for Republican Marco Rubio. That same research by Fusion GPS was then taken over by the DNC and Hillary's campaign in the spring of 2016, with invoices paid through their law firm. However, according to internal reports at the FBI that were just unsealed, the FBI "looking into the Trump campaign" was primarily Bill Ohr's wife Nellie Ohr, who also worked for Fusion GPS, funneling her research to the Justice Department through Bill. At the time, Bill Ohr was an Associate Deputy Attorney General under Obama.

The point is, the entire FBI investigation into Trump-Russia collusion was tainted by Fusion GPS's political research for the Democrats, and the FBI under James Comey knew it plainly. The main failure was on the part of the FBI to take unsubstantiated and politically-funded stories about Trump/Russia conspiracy and turn it into a two-year special counsel investigation that yielded nada. It was all political theater.

When the full report from John Durham comes out, it will show that senior Dems, Fusion GPS and a faction within the FBI were working together to knowingly paint a false narrative in an effort to discredit a sitting president. That's pretty ugly.

Nancy Pelosi has known this all along, and that's why she's refused to go along with an impeachment inquiry. She knows it's going to backfire on the Democrats, even if the whole thing can be blamed on corruption at the FBI.

What's funny about this is that you are using connections between people involved to support allegations of a vast conspiracy without any evidence that conspiracy actually existed. Kind of exactly what you are accusing of others of.

Even if we are to believe your claim that there was this conspiracy among Democrats to construct this narrative, it doesn't invalidate the very real evidence that supports the narrative that Trump was willing to accept help from the Russian government during the election.

Are people still arguing over the validity of the Russia investigation? At some point we gotta move on guys. No, there’s no deep state. Sheesh.

It's not "my claim" numbnuts. It's the Justice Department's investigation and the news reports that have been coming out. Stay tuned and read it for yourself.
