Final two cents, we do not need to for the "best year" before we move to the next pick, it just slows things down as the person needs to decide who to pick and then needs to research best year. IF they know it, great, if not just have them pick the year before the tournament begins. It's not like one person is going to pick 1995 Jordan and someone else has 1996 Jordan.

As long as it’s before the competition starts then I think it should be fine.
 
You know, the intent of the 24 hours is so that people asleep, at work, or other commitments, can draft when they are available. When it is your turn and you are available it should be less than an hour. Everyone can have their picks and alternatives available in advance. Taking a day in analysis paralysis or in extended trade negotiations is pretty inconsiderate. We’re going to be here in September.

I almost feel like replacing him because of this. I’m not sure if he’s trolling or drunk as hell or what, but it feels like he he could’ve made a pick easily several times last night.
