First five picks fine. But it says nothing about what lineup choices we are required to play. It’s terrible policy to switch the rules after the draft has started. It won’t affect me personally, Kareem is my starter. But as you said, the rules are the rules.

there are also people who have drafted accounting for that rule. It’s not fair just to accommodate you and screw everyone else over. I probably should’ve worded it differently, but even so, you should’ve still known to draft the same way knowing your first 5 need to be different era’s so if I change it for you everyone else will complain, so tell me what I should do. I mean I guess we could start over, thoughts?

I’ve been drafting based on the rules that you wrote. If other people imagined that the rules implied more than they said, I don’t know what to say other than read the rules carefully.

I would just tell everyone to read the rules carefully and carry on with the current draft.

What to do?

Follow the rules. Don’t change the rules.

Don’t bend to a few people who decided they didn’t like the original rules.
