2023 NBA Draft Megathread

For sure.

Actually I think he may have meant Cam Boozer. Played 2 games against the teams Thompsons have played 5/13 against and apparently looked ridiculously dominant.

This is the comp.

THose are also bigs too. I'm guessing OTE is a league that bigs can probably dominate harder where the Twins are probably more "working on their game" type playing (while also dominating the league with defense and winning all the games)

so everybody on a great team is great? is that the argument you're going with?
My argument is winning matters and there is more to basketball than raw stats, especially raw stats that I dont think anyone here actually knows how to contextualize because none of us (to my knowledge) are out here watching OTE regularly.

Not a big. Possible #1 prospect for 2026 draft (albeit lots of things can still go wrong)

This is his highlights... 28 points vs the team that beat OTE that one time.

Also the 72% TS vs 58% is huge disparity. Huge.

I don't believe in such voodoo. Scoot may not pan out but certain draft spots having a curse is nonsense.
Ya that was an interesting and good stat that he posted. Its also BS when it comes to predicting the future.

The Thompson's twins team is 12-1, and I'm pretty sure most of those wins are blowouts to the point to where they dont even play that many minutes per game.

I have no idea who this 15 year old because the poster is too lazy to even link the article or say their name, but I think the Twins have separated themselves in the OTE.

Overall I dont think there is much to gain from OTE. If they were averaging 30-10-10 everyone would just say "Oh the comp sucks". They are doing what they should be doing as far as I can tell. It comes down to how well they workout and how much teams believe in their jumpers developing. They are going to be physically dominant in the NBA too once they mature.
What is OTE?
Also why are they there rather than college or overseas or something?

Tank ROS, get the #2 pick, draft Scoot Henderson, offer the Celtics The Godfather package for Jaylen Brown.

PG - Scoot Henderson
SG - Ochai Agbaji
SF - Jaylen Brown
PF - Lauri Markkanen
C - Walker Kessler
