2023 NBA Draft Megathread

You’re the one making the statement that better players will be pushed down right?

Back it up.
We have more (and better) data on basically anyone else for one thing. With the prospects around 12, that data is mostly good. Therefore, more evidence and a greater level of certainty of the prospect in question.

I think our board in general gets hyper-fixated on a couple of guys and we tend to forget about dozens of other players. Hell, I’m guilty of this too a lot of the time.

After listening to Locke all week, I'm starting to feel kind of depressed about this draft class.

I'm listening to David Locke stuff. So to summarize, he likes Brandon Miller, Cam Whitmore, Gradey Dick, Jordan Hawkins, Taylor Hendricks, Brice Sensabaugh, Kobe Bufkin, Jalen Wilson so far....

He has concerns about Nick Smith, Anthony Black, Jalen Hood-Schifino and Keyonte George due to some combination of poor shooting and athleticism.

Throw out a player you think he’s better than and I’ll tell you why he’s not.
Yeah but it’s all just what you think.. your original statement was definitive.

Fact is nobody really knows right? Bilal could be Giannis lite for all we know and blitz the field beyond #9.

Really? I’m more optimistic since he said this draft is inverted.. meaning we have a fair or better chance at a decent player with our #16 and #28.
