2024 NBA Draft Mega Thread

For those BYU fans on this board what do you think of Jaxson Robinson's defense? I never watch BYU games so the game against Utah was the only time I have watched him other than highlights this year and he looked solid defensively in that game. He doesn't bring much to the table as a rebounder or passer but is he at least solid man defender that does a good job of staying in front of his guy?
 
Based on some reading from around the web....seems like there's going to be a ton of "next Jamie Jacquez" talk this draft.
 
Kyshawn George having a nice game against Ga. Tech, with 16 pts, 5 asts and 2 stls at the half, shooting 4/6 on 3s. I'd like to see him be more aggressive getting downhill and he's a bit laid back in general, but he's obviously confident in his jumper. I like that he handles with either hand and makes easy passes over the top of the defense. Don't be surprised if he challenges Ja'Kobe Walter and Stephon Castle on some draftboards.

He made a mistake not sticking around at Utah where he would have had an opportunity to be a major focal point and expand his game. I think he could be an nba guy but he is also frustrating because I don't think he has actually gotten that much better since his freshman season at Utah.

1000% I think there are lessons from Jaime and Bane etc. it’s a mistake to try and duplicate something rare like that. We are still waiting for the next Draymond… just take the guys you think will be best.

Was gonna make a joke about how he’s soft and Tay Henny would never go down like that but it looks serious and they like bull rushed the court so fast. That’s some nonsense. Hopefully it wasn’t serious… that absolutely sucks.

Yeah, that’s what I’m feeling too. Jaime was a really well rounded player in college but didn’t have the most amazing numbers on paper. I think that makes it easier for people to make the comparison….but I think it’s a trap.

Every fat guy = Draymond. Combo guard = Mitchell. Tall PG = Shai.
 
Pelle Larson BPM has tripled since his freshman year. The idea that he hasnt improved is laughable. Equally laughable he would regret not staying in Utah vs having a chance to go far in the tournament and solidify his stock.
