He may have a role in the nba but he's going to get eaten alive on the perimeter as a defender. He needs to be a low post monster or passing savant to be an all star or building block. He just seems like a guy that can be really dominant in college but might not even be able to stay on the court in the NBA... like Doke (not a direct comp... just an example). From 15-30 taking a flier on a guy like Clingan... top 5-7... yeah nah.

He can be just as good as Walker currently is on the perimeter imo.

I need to watch him in a live game this year to see how he's moving but I don't think he is as light on his feet as Walker. Super uninformed and Walker struggled with it in college too... It just struck me as I watched him that he's huge and moves like a huge guy... and those guys have struggled and the NBA is only getting faster. If he has the counter punch on offense then the rim defense is great.

I think the problem is the best player from this class whoever emerges as that likely goes 4/5 at best in the draft last year.
