Talen Horton-Tucker is headed back home to Chicago, although probably to the Windy City Bulls and not the big club.
Horton-Tucker agreed to an Exhibit 10 contract with Chicago, a story broken by Shams Charania of The Athletic and confirmed by K.C. Johnson of NBC Sports Chicago. An Exibit 10 contract means the player is invited to training camp and, if he does not make the main roster, he can get a bonus of up to $77,500 for signing with the club's G-League team, in this case the Windy City Bulls.
The Bulls have 14 guaranteed contracts on the books — plus a partially guaranteed deal with Onuralp Bitim — leaving one open roster spot heading into training camp and the season. However, the club is expected to leave that spot unfilled both for financial savings and roster flexibility. The Bulls also have one open two-way contract that Horton-Tucker and Kenneth Lofton Jr. will be battling for.
Same. Went from 235 to 285 in less than a year. And it was actually quite enjoyable and like it was on autopilot.Big freaking deal. I went from 200 pounds 7 years ago to 250 earlier this year. Wasn't even that hard.
Yeah if he is healthy and producing though the tide will turn before the trade deadline and he will apply more pressure. Surprised they haven't taken the bait on Lavine yet. That is my guess on what they end up doing.LAL doing nothing this summer is definitely a surprise to me. It's as if LeBron has accepted his fate and is content with playing with Bronny.
I really dont think he will. he doesnt want to leave LA. There isnt really any pressure to be applied. They have his son.Yeah if he is healthy and producing though the tide will turn before the trade deadline and he will apply more pressure. Surprised they haven't taken the bait on Lavine yet. He doesn't have to apply the "do something or I'm out" type of pressure but I could see him applying the "do something our you are out Rob" type of pressure. He holds a lot of sway even if he isn't threatening to walk out. If he is mid or showing signs of fading fast... he may just run out the clock.I really dont think he will. he doesnt want to leave LA. I don't think JJ is going to be that great. Maybe he just lets Lebron cook (I don't know that Ham wasn't letting that happen already). It doesn't have to be a move that is good but I doubt they stand pat all year.Lavine would actually be good for them IMO...better than their matching salary spare parts. Though it could be argued that DLO is just as good in the RS. They gotta do something or just accept their fate as a play in team at best. They barely made the play in last year and that was with great health from key players. MEM and HOU are going to be better....at least GSW can have some hope that their young guys + additions on the margins improve their team. I guess Redick could prove to be a better coach than Ham....but it's bleak out there.
