Some guys in the 2nd round: Fleming, Raynaud, Sion James, Thiero, Kam Jones, Brea, Proctor, Rocco,... I also think Almansa can play.

It’s interesting that there’s not more trades for players leading up to the draft. I’m assuming that some of these guys (Sexton, Collins, Clarkson - maybe Lauri) will get evaluated like you would a free agent and are traded for that purpose. If Collins and Sexton were Unrestricted right now AND teams had actual money to spend, I think they’d do well. I expect the Jazz to be pretty busy between now and the start of the season.

Right now we have a serious minutes crunch so we know something has to give. Ace will be force fed minutes and you don't target an older guy like Clayton with the idea of developing him slowly. I think you have to clear at least 48 minutes a night for those 2 not to mention Hendricks coming back into the rotation.

I kind see WCJ as a potential pick for next year’s timeline - after the Jazz finish navigating the tank and pivot to trying to actually compete.
