Is this a joke or are you stupid. Ja was fined for the finger guns because Ja constantly was playing with guns in dangerous ways. Haliburton used the choke celebration literally last year in the postseason against the Knicks.
Then how do you explain Buddy Hield also getting the finger gun tech?

Because they wanted to penalize Ja Morant for the finger guns, but they had to give Buddy Hield a tech as well because he did the finger gun gesture at Ja first.

Haliburton is basically the modern day Stock. No flashy dribbles or ill advised shots. All about making the right play for his teammates.
What DeAaron Fox's done to the Sacramento organization needs to be studied. Had Haliburton and the chance to draft Luka and somehow end up with Malik Monk as their starting PG.
